THE BOULEVARD HAS THE MIDAS TOUCH

The Boulevard, Northern Ireland’s premier outlet shopping destination, is thrilled to announce that it has scooped a Revo Gold Award for its recent redevelopment and rebrand.

Alastair Coulson, Managing Director of Lotus Property, commented…

“We are delighted to win this prestigious industry award which highlights the successful revamp of The Boulevard carried out over the past 12 months. We certainly couldn’t have achieved this without our partner, Tristan Capital and contributing agencies Turnerbates Design & Architecture, WH Stephens, A&L Goodbody, KLM Retail, Johnstone Property Consultants, Colliers International  and BWP Group. The Boulevard continues to go from strength-to-strength with 7 new store openings and a 25% year on year increase in turnover bucking the trend of the retail industry’s recent downward trajectory. The Revo Gold award cements every decision we have made along this redevelopment journey and gives Lotus an enviable industry accolade. The whole Boulevard team are ecstatic that the regeneration has been recognised at such a prestigious level!”

Revo CEO, Edward Cooke said…

“A huge well done is in order to Re:fresh Revo Gold winner, The Boulevard – awarded for active investment of up to £10m into an existing destination – very well deserved!”

The Revo Gold Award follows a successful rebrand investment of over £7million and many major store openings over the last year including Guess, Adidas, Sketchers, Kurt Geiger, Asics, Jack Wills, Ulster Weavers and The Beauty Outlet. All these brands join existing outlet retailers including Nike, Timberland, Calvin Klein, LK Bennett, Paul Costelloe and Jaeger, with more food and beverage retailers to be announced in the new year.
