We are delighted to announce another exciting project on the horizon; a £55m purpose-built student accommodation building in Belfast City Centre!
The development proposal includes the erection of purpose-built Student Accommodation comprising c. 721 no. beds with associated amenity. Located at 140 Donegall Street, a key City Centre gateway site; within walking distance of the Ulster University Campus Buildings and Belfast City Centre core. This development will be the largest purpose-built student accommodation in the city.
A pre-application community consultation website for the development has now been launched, inviting interested parties to provide feedback.
