IT’S TIME TO BLOOM AS THE BOULEVARD PARTNERS WITH AUSTRALIAN URBAN ARTIST FOR 2023 MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Northern Ireland’s only premier designer outlet, The Boulevard is collaborating with NI based Australian artist Danni Simpson for its latest marketing campaign.

Over the next twelve months, The Boulevard’s marketing campaign will be an urban fusion of detailed floral illustrations where wildlife clashes with architecture and typography in Danni Simpson’s distinguishable style; showcasing the attractions of the Northern Ireland outlet on an international scene.

Danni’s artwork brings together Northern Ireland landmarks and The Boulevard identifiers such as the archway onsite, the telephone box and the sphere water feature in a simple and bright colour palette, in keeping with her usual style of art. The Spring campaign is fashion-focused with the headline message ‘Time to Bloom’, based around emerging from a cold winter into a new season and refreshing your wardrobe with The Boulevard.

Chris Nelmes, Retail Director at The Boulevard, said: “We are thrilled to continue our art partnerships this year and collaborate with the extremely talented Danni Simpson, as we continue our journey to become the no. 1 retail destination on the island of Ireland.

“Sustainability is a huge focus for us at The Boulevard and we wanted this to come through in our latest marketing campaign. We support the growth and development of the natural world through our flowers and wildlife onsite and wanted to showcase this through our marketing campaign. And who better to bring this to life than acclaimed artist Danni Simpson, who is already so well known for her unique floral fusion style.”

Danni Simpson said: “I was honoured to be approached by The Boulevard and support their creative campaigns for 2023. The retail outlet is so bright and colourful, I felt like it was a perfect pairing with my style of art.

“I love telling a story through my floral, typography and landmark based illustrations, especially when it can be painted onto largescale murals people can engage with and with the large footfall that The Boulevard receives, it’s really special to connect my art with so many eyes.”

Deep rooted in the community, The Boulevard’s commitment to supporting and showcasing the local landscapes of creatives is evident through its ongoing partnerships with local art legends for its marketing campaigns such as Keith Drury 2022 and Danni Simpson in 2023.
