Inspired by major cities around the world, The Well will be an innovative building combining thoughtful design and human well-being to create a space that will positively influence the people inside and outside it. The works will see demolition of the existing façade and replaced with a new contemporary one. Internally there will be a comprehensive refurbishment of all communal and demised areas, new high specification M&E, inclusion of smart intergraded building management systems in order to deliver a Grade A building.
