Our strategic initiatives have driven sales revenue from £23 million in 2016 to an impressive £43 million in 2023 reaffirming our commitment to delivering unmatched value and continual growth. Our primary goals now centre on effective asset management, which includes revitalising existing tenants, aiming to introduce a new dynamic food and beverage quarter and further expanding on our list of ever impressive retail occupiers which include Nike, Adidas, Kate Spade, Under Armour and Levis.


Key asset management initiatives include regearing existing tenants, creation of a food and film zone with new tenants including the build of McDonalds Drive Thru, installation of NI’s very first illuminated ETFE roof, leasing of vacant space and maximise NOI.
