Bridgewater Logistics Park, Banbridge

We have another exciting new development in the pipeline, at Bridgewater Logistics Park. The proposals include the construction of a new Storage & Distribution facility (c. 15,000sqm), along with bespoke headquarters for a local building contractor, located on 6.6ha (16.3 acres) at Banbridge.

The Storage & Distribution facility represents a key logistical base to bolster and secure import/export supply chains through Northern Ireland and represents a significant development investment with a gross value of circa £15m. Once operational it will support c.250 jobs.
